皆さんおはようございます。こちらは最新のpodcastになります。
今回のトピックは、春から英語教室を検討しているお母様方へのメッセージとなります。
様々な英語教室がある中、迷われている方も多いと思います。
子供一人ひとりの性格によって、合う先生も、教室も変わってくると、私は思っています。
ただ1番大切だと思うのは、子供が自分の意思で続けたいと思うかどうかだと思います。
幼い子供にとっては、その先生を好きになれることも、とても大切なことですから。??

どの英語教室の先生方も、それぞれに様々な工夫をされて、通ってくれる子供たちが、
「英語を学ぶことで、将来、多くの夢を叶えていける」
そんな風に思えるように願って、日々お仕事をされていると思います。

ただ、どの子供にもパーフェクトな英語教室はないと思います。
誰かにとって素晴らしい教室だったとしても、我が子にとって、そうではない可能性もある。
その視点で、我が子と相談しながら、英語教室を探してみてください。??

さぁ、今回のPodcastでも、私が面白い間違いをしています。??

Michaelのお姉さんが、オープンカーを持っていることを聞いた私は、
「いいなー。うらやましい‼️私もそんな車?あったらいいのに…」
と、英語を伝えたとき、見事に間違った動詞を使ってしまい、Michael先生がそれを詳しく説明してくれています。??

私が使ったenvyというまちがった動詞には、うらやましいという意味だけではなく、もっと奥深い感情が含まれているのですが、その感情はなんでしょう？?

こういう時の「うらやましい」は、envyではなくて、”Lucky you” ですよね。??

私の英語の芽?は、まだまだ発芽したばかりです。
